We have put together a programme for all new Christians and people who want to lay a strong foundation for their Christianity.
Each session explains a different topic and moves along through all the basic principles of Christianity. All the material is clearly and understandably presented and focused on what scripture says. The Basix course is held in small groups or one to one discussion and questions are also encouraged.

For any information on the above course contact the church office (477 5533).

We believe that high-integrity, godly, loving leadership is essential. We are trying to 'lift the bar' with our leaders and so provide a program that combines great teaching with practical application.
This is our church-based discipleship program and is required for all lifegroup leaders. School of leaders runs on Sunday morning during term dates at 9am and it runs over 4 terms so takes 1 year to complete.

To get involved contact Steve Gwyn or see your lifegroup leader.

Internship training recognises the need for Biblical and theological knowledge and development as well as practical ministry skills. The latter can often be done more effectively in the local church where experienced pastors can mentor students. This allows the student to participate in ministry under skilled supervision.

Dunedin Elim's current interns are Tabitha Trott and Kirsty-Maree Ngaia.
